UCC was established to implement the development a modern communications sub-sector and Infrastructure in Uganda, in conformity with the operationalization of the Telecommunications Policy. I3c did the Re-design and development of the UCC website, – Web Layout Impressions, CMS development, Platform; PHP and Mysql, JQuery JavaScript.
