The Rural Communications development Fund (RCDF) is a Universal Service Fund (USF) to communications in Uganda. It was established in 2003 and it is administered at arms’ length by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC). I3c developed Web Portals for Local Districts in partnership with the Government of Uganda under Ministry of Local Government, Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) and Local Council Districts.

The East African Community (EAC) is the regional intergovernmental organization of the Republics of Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, the United Republic of Tanzania, and the Republic of Uganda, with its headquarters in Arusha, Tanzania.

I3c Developed an Online relational and searchable Reports database system. Allows for robust reports indexing and searching, meta development, reports cataloging and sectioning to user defined inputs. The System was developed and deployed at the EAC’s Secretariat in Arusha Tanzania.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its Missions abroad have and continue to implement Uganda¡’s Foreign Policy through: Promoting Regional and International Peace and Security; Commercial Diplomacy; Regional Integration; Implementing and Reporting Obligations on International Treaties and Conventions; Mobilizing Bilateral and Multilateral Resources for Development; Providing Protocol and Consular services to Ugandans and Foreign dignitaries as well as enhancing Uganda’s image abroad through Public Diplomacy.

I3c re-designed all foreign missions websites and the main website for Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) for online access of information, reports, latest events and news updates

The National Agricultural Advisory Services Organization is a semi – autonomous public agency within the Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF), responsible for public agricultural advisory/extension services.The National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) Programme was created in 2001 by an Act of Parliament to specifically address constraints of lack of access to agricultural information, knowledge and improved technology among rural poor farmers in the country.

The project roll-out included development of a Document Management System (DocStar), the NAADS website and a LAN.

The association was re-established in 1993 and with its Secretariat in Kampala. Membership is drawn from both the private and public sector stakeholders including legally registered building and civil engineering companies operating in Uganda, individuals of special merit related to the construction industry and construction related manufacturers and suppliers.

The project involved setting up a LAN, setting up a PBX server and development of an online members database.
