We’re looking for individuals who are self driven to work as social care agents. This work which can be done both on premises (on-site) and remotely (off-site) requires our agents to use specialised software to provide customer care and sells help to our clients in different ways on a wide range of services which in most instances doesn’t require in-person contact.
The nature of our client are both local and also a good number from overseas.
The working hours could vary as we work 24/7 around the clock, and so agents would work in shifts of 8 – 12 hours.
This job role combines customer care and up-sales, and so the desirable persons must have good inter-personal skills – both written and spoken, and especially if they have a good command of the English plus 3 or more other languages including Luganda, Swahili and French.
This job role requires that one is well vast and is a regular user of social media services that include facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and also familiar with use of online live chat software.
A University degree is desirable but not a must. Good aptitude, a quick learner and prior exposure can be substituted for formal academic qualifications.
